> - Creating an "economy of evaluation and attention" that evaluates content based on its reliability and importance, rather than just "likes" or clicks.
> - All content is available for free, as the business model is not based on subscriptions or advertising.
> - Building an ecosystem (and economic model) that enables large-scale growth of open-source.
> - Allowing content creators to profit from others building on or creating derivatives of their work.
